Summer . . . it seems like we wait, wait, wait through the never ending Michigan winter for it to come. Then, before we realize it's fully here, it's almost over!
We have been hanging around our backyard pool a lot to stay cool! Matthew has been teaching himself to snorkel . . .
We have also gone to the Toledo Zoo a couple of times to see the animals. . .
We have also spent afternoons at the local parks and pools, gone to the drive-in, watched some pretty cool fireworks, spent a day as pirates at the Detroit Science Center . . . among other things. :o)
As much fun as the first half has been, we are still looking forward to all the things the last half of summer holds!
